This modern residential complex of five apartment buildings, comprising 200+ apartments across 7–9 floors, was designed with a strong focus on energy efficiency, living comfort, and long-term sustainability.
SALDA Smarty ventilation units have been seamlessly installed and commissioned in all apartments, forming an integral part of the project’s high-quality living environment. The solution ensures A++ energy performance, delivers a healthy and comfortable indoor microclimate, and combines low energy consumption with reliable everyday operation.
The project demonstrates how smart, compact, and efficient ventilation solutions contribute to the value, sustainability, and comfort of contemporary residential developments.
