Business Development Manager

Job description

  • finding new B2B customers in export markets;
  • in case of a new customer, a Business Development Manager coordinates contract signing activities by deepening into mutual contractual obligations;
  • after contract is signed, Business Development Manager monitors cooperation development by setting communication procedures and constant feedback and information exchange;
  • during all cooperation period, Business Development Manager takes care of and initiates distributors‘ activities in marketing, pre-sales, sales and after-sales by keeping constant relationship and organizing necessary events (e.g. trainings, visits);
  • performs pro-actively in order to foresee possible obstacles and takes up responsibility to remove them;
  • analyzes sales data to understand the reasons of ups and downs and takes necessary actions;
  • secures strong commitment to mutual obligations from Salda and its distribution partners confirming long-lasting successful cooperation.

Requirements

  • spoken and written English (other languages considered as an advantage);
  • technical background (preferably in HVAC field);
  • successful experience in B2B export sales;
  • possibility of frequent travelling to export markets (Europe)
  • self-reliance;
  • compliance with processes and agreements;
  • good communication skills.
